| 30-min EMOM Workout |
1. Heavy Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps (Power)
2. Double Kettlebell Split Squats x 10L/10R reps (Strength)
3. Run x 10 calories (Conditioning)
*perform 1 move per minute for the required amount of reps, the remainder of the minute is your break before moving on to the next movement, you will hit each exercise for 10 rounds.
