Glenn pendlay used to do almost every Monday. OTM snatch 70-80% up to 24 singles & C&J 70-80% up to 24 singles. I usually do 12-18 and if I’m hitting my lifts with ease I gradually build up to something in the 90% range. I think they are great for getting work done but also because the feedback loop on technique is at a good spot. Enough time to rest between reps but not enough time to lose the feeling of why a rep was good or bad.

I do these with push press and find I can do 10-12 reps at 80% every day without trouble, even at 70 years old.

Very similar indeed, but id say that emoms are individual sets and also should be seen as such, just with the rest period being short. Clusters are one big set, notmal rest and then another big cluster set Maybe I'm wrong tho

@@wallesdrop3026 when your main lift go up, or you can try adding more time like 2 rep for 10 min to 15min or adding a rep
