The bridge move while wearing the band really works my gluten, and I really liked the inner thigh routine. I seem to need to work on that area most.

Whoa mama!! Felt the burn here!! Thank you so much for going over form in your workouts. Sometimes we just do it and don’t realize we aren’t doing it correctly!! Taking a moment to slow down and have the correct form helps so much. I don’t know how many times during my workouts, I stop and say “Oh, yeah! That’s where I’m supposed to feel that” after correcting my form. lol. You’re the best!

The booty band workouts are so effective. My glutes were screaming at me, but I loved it. You fit so much into 30 minutes and also included abs and inner thighs. I will save this one to do again especially when I'm short on time.

These bands make the exercises so much more intense. I loved this so much and that we did every move once. I need to keep this one saved for when I travel. I used to watch Gimme a Break. I watched a video from Scott on Tape about Nell Carter; her life and where she’s buried. I need to go back and watch episodes from the show again.

You are prescient, omniscient, psychic, I don't know the word, but this is exactly what I needed today. Sore back/hip muscle that would not have done well lifting weights but really loosened up with the bands and lower ab work. I LOVE JAMIROQUAI and I loved the groove that was playing when you brought it up. Nice reference Kevin.

Another killer workout! I have to share with you....I have now been doing your program for about 5 months consistently and I have lost 10 lbs (goal weight) and am SO much stronger. I couldn't even do a jumping jack after I had abdominal surgery this summer, but I started slow with basic step. The more I followed your step, I realized I needed to be doing strength as well (duh). Now I follow your program and it's so easy to just click on your channel and get to work. No brainwork.Thank you for being exactly what I needed! 💜🧡

I loved the booty ache this workout gave me! I seem to recall the music that you were wondering about. To me it sounded like the music that’s played in the background when you were making your Wii fit avatar 🙂 back in the day!
