I've been doing your step workouts for 2 years now - LOVE THEM!! I know the importance of weight lifting and had been off and on lifting with other trainers on KZbin. Good workouts, but I kept falling off the wagon from boredom (why don't they talk?!) I decided to start following your weekly schedule for strength training this week - although I have to catch the replays after work. Love your personality! Grabbed some weights and mat with me this morning when we left for a little boat trip. So joined both lives today from an island, rocky beach. Glutes on 🔥 and arms also. But it felt sooo good and even better after the refreshing swim in the lake. I would have attached a picture of the view, but did not find a way how to do it...
