I've been doing your step workouts for 2 years now - LOVE THEM!! I know the importance of weight lifting and had been off and on lifting with other trainers on KZbin. Good workouts, but I kept falling off the wagon from boredom (why don't they talk?!) I decided to start following your weekly schedule for strength training this week - although I have to catch the replays after work. Love your personality! The tips you share during the workouts and the chatter makes the time go fast! Thank you!!

It always surprises me how tough the workouts without weights are. Didn’t even make it out of the warmup before I could feel the burn! Thanks for all you do!

Who says you need weights or machines to do glutes! Glutes are on 🔥 and that was just the warmup! Thanks Chris! Step could be interesting after that workout!

Grabbed some weights and mat with me this morning when we left for a little boat trip. So joined both lives today from an island, rocky beach. Glutes on 🔥 and arms also. But it felt sooo good and even better after the refreshing swim in the lake. I would have attached a picture of the view, but did not find a way how to do it...

Did this one first, before arms and step. SO sweaty and swearing. As far as getting "big" I'd love to have chiselled arms and a booty that stands out in a crowd. This workout will help me accomplish that

What a great warm up lol. I didn’t think it possible but the pain in my foot has been eclipsed by the pain in my butt after this 😂I can crack walnuts between my cheeks now, pick up a table & fling it across the room 😅 many thanks

Thanks Chris for an awesome challenging and on fire workout.wowza!! Phew! That was so so challenging my whole body was on fire and shaking .but working so hard and OMG did I get a sweat on today.my body really knows about it now phew!!
