Larie! I'm 73yrs old of the Jane Fonda era since my late 20's. I've excercised regularly ever since. I still have 2 gym memberships but have not returned since COVID because I found YOU!!! Thank you, thank you thank! Loved this low intensity workout very much! PS I started in 2020 with your 2 resistant band routine, just did that yesterday! It's a keeper!!

A new favorite low impact cardio, thank you, Larie! One tiny suggestion is to not count half and quarter seconds when we’re in plank or might not be able to watch you. I was so Done by that last plank I dropped to my knees anticipating the final “1.” Terrific though, I’m sweating like crazy! Next time though, I’m going to do my half hour strength routine AFTER this. 😅
