What a great idea! Using the blender to blend out the mole with the extras. My mother always taught me to break down the mole paste in a my pot with a little cooking oil beforehand, then adding the broth and other ingriendients after. She would say "no vayas hacer el mole sancochado.". However, I love how tasty this looks!
