I loved this workout. Worked with 10#&12# dumbbells. 15# kettlebell and 20# for swings. Pretty good for 70 year old grandma.

I’ve been doing your workouts for about 4 years, and this is in my top 10 favorite workouts. Loved that everything moved so fast, when you said “we’re almost done with this workout,” I was shocked! Love those side knee dips!

Go MRT 💥🔥!! I love the heart rate in this style workout, it feels like a HIIT, eventhough the movement is not at a fast pace! The format is great also because you have that build effect in the compound moves!! Awesome workout!! Loved it!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So grateful for this - feeling so low, had a burst of energy, and went down again. I didn't want to move after another all-nighter with my 12month old but I've just finished and I feel that surge of energy again. Hoping it gets me to bedtime! :-)

Loved it! How do you just get better and better! As someone who has been working out for years but still struggles with planks it was fab to be able to do the walk outs and take them a bit slower but still felt the burn in my legs!
