I started doing *yall's (*from Louisiana) kettlebell and HIIT workouts at the end of May (along with intermittent fasting). In about 8 weeks I've gone from 195lbs to 183lbs, 22.8% body fat to 14.5% body fat. I'm 32 years old and for the first time in my life, I am becoming truly confident in the way I look and feel. Here i am this is what quarantine led me to so here's my schedule: Day 1: I felt really lightheaded at 16:23 and decided to take a break... After my break i felt dizzy and went to take a nap: failed Day 2: I started this comment to remind myself never yo give up but at 22:11 i couldn't go on any longer: failed Day 3: finally finished it 👌i even did an extra ab workout. Success

I’ve just discovered your channel and I love it! I haven’t been to the gym in a year, I’ve put on weight, lost my definition and confidence. I’ve tried so many home workouts and most of the time the people doing them are trying way too hard to make the exercises interesting and they just end up being unnecessarily complex. And most of the time I’m shouting “shut up!” at the screen because of the amount of pointless chattering 😂 you guys are positive, encouraging and your videos aren’t all about you talking. Keep doing what you do! 😊

That frogger move requires excellent hip and leg mobility, I'm in awe watching coach and Claudian do that move. It ain't happening for me. Not even close. I have to do mountain climbers as a substitute. Anyone else out there that can do the full move, my hats off to you,
