I had to come on here and say THANK YOU. About 5 to 10 years ago I started having issues with my blood pressure. Mind you, I have family history of heart disease. I've always been in decent shape. I've been a jogger for YEARS and I do Yoga as well. I tried for several years to up my exercise, eat better, etc., but my doctor finally said, "listen, this is prob genetic and I think we need to start you on a low dose medication just to keep the BP down." I'm now 43 years old. I bit the bullet and said fine. Fast Forward to a few months ago when I discovered this workout. I started doing it consistently. I stopped the BP medication about 2 or 3 week ago.....my BP has been PERFECT, every day since. To me, this is like a miracle. It means SO much. Thank you for this amazing workout. I'm now checking out more of your videos. May also order your book. Thank you for helping me!

here's a few suggestions for treating sciatica naturally Consider using Chiropractor Spinal Adjustments. Consider using Yoga and Stretching. Try Acupuncture or Massage Therapy. Don't site for Long Periods, Get Moving! Use Heat Pads. (I discovered these and why they work from Zavrins Back Guide website )
