Thank you for giving us this no jumping cardio, ideal for all of us who live in apartments and don't want to disturb our neighbors with noise and jumping. No jumping does not mean low intensity, they are exercises where many calories are burned, the whole body is worked, they are very effective for losing weight and toning up. Just love these workouts! I'm recovering from epigastric hernia surgery . I just love that your low impact stuff ...kickboxing and Barre are actually challenging ! Thank you. Also kudos for being one of the only KZbin ladies that isn't practically naked in your videos!!!! I can actually watch them in front of my children.

I don't mind talking - I listen to you instead of my pain. You don't have a lot of no equipment cardio so you need more. These are great warm ups before the rest of my workout (or just a quickey for the day. Please please please do more of these; like 10 more!

I loved this workout. I have a two month old and can't leave when he takes naps! This is perfect to get a good sweat in and it only took 30 minutes. I'll be changed and ready to go before baby wakes up! Thank you.

Loved this workout! Perfect for apartments. I'm definitely sweaty after this but ready to take on the day! And I really like keeping the talking to a minimum. Your instructions and cues were great and then you let us do our thing. I find too much talking to be very distracting, especially in the movements that require more balance. So please continue making videos with no jumping (apartment-friendly) and minimal talking if that works for you!! :) New subscriber here.

If it’s around the 23 minute mark it’s called “leave it on the dance floor” and if it’s the very last exercise, it’s called “no sugar coated love” but are from epidemic music 😀
