I've never done kickboxing before and thought I'd try for a change of pace for cardio day. It was fun. Very sweaty.

Good kickboxing morning, Larie 😊! I had a different workout of yours on my list for today but woke up in a cardio mood so did this one 😅 and felt like I wantes MORE cardio so I combined it with another 30 minute low impact cardio workout 😅. That was fantastic! Thank you so much!

Nice! I turned this into a hiit workout using various forms as I followed along. Challenge: Turn that last round into high knees and fly as fast as you can! Burn it!

Is this workout recommended for pregnant women?

For most, this will be too much. It’s non-stop for 30 minutes. With a lot of modifications it *could* be okay depending on the individual. This challenges the balance tremendously, so we would want to reduce the range of motion. Take those kicks to a super lower kick or tap the ground. Lunges - reduce the range of motion and widen the base/stance. No twisting from the abs! On the repeaters with twists, step one foot out at a time to get the heart rate up and on regular repeaters don’t bring the knee in towards the chest. Again reduce the rom or just tap the foot, this time back. If the squats are too low take it halfway or a quarter way. When I say anything about engaging the abs in this video just give the baby a nice gentle hug up to engage the TVA Also, hit pause and hydrate atleast once. This is not a “prenatal workout”, but with some mods we can make it happen! Again, depends on the individual so always double check with your doc 😀❤️ hope this helps momma! I’ll make a longer cardio/BW prenatal workout soon!
