NEW FAV!!!!!! ALL THE BEST BUILT INTO ONE! Resistance bands, cardio, weights, steps, mobility!!!! It really is the best all around workout that was tons of fun to sweat along with you guys! Love NML and so glad you went with the 30 minutes! Would love to see more 30 minutes steps workouts....maybe combined with kickboxing and the mini band?

I saw “low intensity” and thought, oh perfect for a Monday. 😂 I am drenched in sweat! Loved the pivot with the dumbbell raise! What a fun move!

This has quickly become one of my favorite workouts since it came out, I love the weights and fast paced with the cardio. If I’m ever traveling or going to be in a car or on a plane, this is a great one to do before. Love it!❤

I'm loving the cardio, strength and steps workouts! As an out of house working mom, I'm focusing on 5 morning workouts to start my busy days. These workouts make sure I'm getting my cardio too. Holy bananas, all the sweat!

Just to let NML know (if they even see this) I have NEVER stuck with a routine of exercising. I was a lazy child, and since February of this year I've stuck with this channel for weekly exercises. Even when I dont feel like doing it or quitting in the middle of a video, I haven't given up yet. So, THANK YOU for what you do. For switching up the routines so you dont get bored with the same exercises. You are life changing!!!

Loved round 2! This was so hard but used 20lbs! When you said you started with 10lbs, thats where I was 4 years ago in your workouts. Now I use 20lbs!

Oh my gosh! After this morning’s nerve talk, I gave myself permission to modify as needed! 19 days post meniscus “clip & clean” and because of the strength I’ve built with your workouts, it’s a speedy recovery and I could do this workout with intention on my form, shallow ROM in sx knee & lighter weights. But heart rate HIGH! First day back at work yesterday and couldn’t help lift a 190lb dog, so continuing to build back ROM/strength combo! I cannot thank you enough for pre-surgery strength, recovery mat/seated workouts and today this one & will do arms next! 🔥🫶🏻🙏🙏🙏

In the last six years I’ve gone from starting at 5lb weights to using 15-20lbs and gone through 3 life threatening preclamptic pregnancies in that time too. I’m so grateful for these workouts that have helped me physically recover and be an active mom for my three littles!! It’s been a long journey but so worth it!

love this workout..i've not been working for past 2 months and starting again with this really push me to do my best..at first i thought want to stop at circuit 3 but i felt stronger towards the end..that's how the magic works for your workout..well done Lindsey & Rachel!

This one is going into my favorites. Sorry Rachel, I am team Lindsey on this one. Loved the 30 minute length, 3 rounds and only10 second rest. Loved the format and the moves. Heart rate was high and sweat was pouring. Perfect!

That was so fun and effective!! Every move was creative and satisfying, I especially loved the alternating row/tap back and staggered deadlift with the leg lift. My spirit really needed this pick me up today ladies, thank you! That was also my first time for the mini band sweat ring 😂

Finally got around to this workout & it has to be one of my top 5 faves of yours! Glad you went with 30 min 😊 I feel like most of your newer steps videos are 20 mins (which is totally great!) ALSO, I know you mentioned the ad thing during our live workout. It’s not fixed in this video yet! There were a few ads in the beginning that were in the middle of sets. Just FYI! ☺️

Holy bananas. The kids managed to lose my normal band and my only option was a thick fabric band. I’m thinking I was more in the high state cardio the whole workout!

Loved this one!! I thought this would be easier too, but My heart rate was in the 170s for a good portion of this workout! Loved the addition of the bands

Great workout! I loved circuit 3! First time I’ve had an issue with ads with one of your videos. All of the ads are at really awkward points - in the middle of an exercise. Usually they’re between sets or during rests but all 4 ads were right in the middle of a move so I’d have to stop doing the move, get the remote and hit skip and then finish off the move with you. Letting you know so if it’s something you can fix you’ll know. Thanks for all the awesome workouts!

LINDSEY!!! Literally said that out loud during the second circuit! I’m not Team Rachel but boy that was way harder than I anticipated! LOLOL!! Will say, I feel like these types of workout mixed with strength training are so beneficial for my postpartum journey! Thanks for filming and keeping me going!!!
