This is one of my favorite formats- switching from legs to arms to abs. 20 minutes also made me feel like I could actually reach for my heavy weights- I did most of this with my 20’s! Thanks for another great workout!

I agree with the other comments - this was a great workout for low motivation/low time. I’m used to pushing myself and usually working out longer than 20 mins. I was telling myself this would be too easy, but after very little sleep taking care of sick kids and weeks of a sleep regression for my baby, this workout still crushed me! Thanks for making shorter workouts for the tired moms out here!

I rolled out of bed and did this in my pjs with some dumbbells that were in the corner of my room - I love these quick workouts that get me out of a slump and give me energy for my day! Thank you Lindsay and Rachel!!

This was great. I have been doing your workouts for about 6 months. While in the past I have followed others I have never seemed to improve. Following you I have improved so much I am going to need to buy heavier weights. I have gone from 8 pound arm curls to 12/15 depending on the time. I am so thrilled I found your program.

Great way to start the day! Just turned 41, upped my weights to 15lbs which was my goal to start this year- this workout was challenging and fun. Love the time drop format too!

After a couple months off from almost all exercising, I’m ready to get back to it and this was perfect! I did just the first segment yesterday with 8lbs and a 10. Felt great and only a little sore today so I just didn’t first and second segments. Won’t have time tomorrow but plan to be back and do all three the day after. Thanks for a great “easing back in to it” workout!

Thanks for another great workout! This was the first workout I was able to use 15s the entire time !! (Usually I need 10s for a couple moves)

This was perfect for me today. I have been sick and had a minor surgery a few days ago so I haven't moved my body much this past week. A simple low impact workout like this was perfect today, no matter if it's called beginner or not😂

Just returned from NY, and hadn't worked out in 5 days due to the circumstances, and this was a great way to ease back into my workout, I also did the 10-minute burnout leg workout. I will start the performance 20 again!!. 🙌💪💯✔🔥🔥🔥🔥

I was planning to restart Perform 20 today after travel craziness last week, but this popped up, and I had to try it. All 20 lb DBs! I did have to alternate or do single-single-double on some of the bicep curls, but I made it! 💪🔥❤

I pushed myself. Great circuit of excercises. I used 12. 17, 20, 25 , and 30 lbs. I went up on the last 2 rounds.❤

Great wo…I love the doing foundational moves so I can pick up heavy weights and focus on form. 25’s for almost all exercises which is definitely a non scale victory!

Perfect workout to push myself and pick up the heavy weights! The ones I just recently brought up from the basement bc I never thought I’d be lifting that heavy! I do need help with grip though. My tiny hands have a hard time grasping the head of the dumbbell - any advice? I don’t think I can go up another weight bc my hands won’t fit around them for single weight moves!

Not sure how to do that for moves like number 6, push up and then cross body abs? Other moves I can hold them vertically but haven’t figured it out for horizontal.
