This is one of my favorite formats- switching from legs to arms to abs. 20 minutes also made me feel like I could actually reach for my heavy weights- I did most of this with my 20’s! Thanks for another great workout!

I agree with the other comments - this was a great workout for low motivation/low time. I’m used to pushing myself and usually working out longer than 20 mins. I was telling myself this would be too easy, but after very little sleep taking care of sick kids and weeks of a sleep regression for my baby, this workout still crushed me! Thanks for making shorter workouts for the tired moms out here!

This was great. I have been doing your workouts for about 6 months. While in the past I have followed others I have never seemed to improve. Following you I have improved so much I am going to need to buy heavier weights. I have gone from 8 pound arm curls to 12/15 depending on the time. I am so thrilled I found your program.

After a couple months off from almost all exercising, I’m ready to get back to it and this was perfect! I did just the first segment yesterday with 8lbs and a 10. Felt great and only a little sore today so I just didn’t first and second segments. Won’t have time tomorrow but plan to be back and do all three the day after. Thanks for a great “easing back in to it” workout!

Perfect workout to push myself and pick up the heavy weights! The ones I just recently brought up from the basement bc I never thought I’d be lifting that heavy! I do need help with grip though. My tiny hands have a hard time grasping the head of the dumbbell - any advice? I don’t think I can go up another weight bc my hands won’t fit around them for single weight moves!
