Loved it! I started doing NML in 2020 when I was postpartum with my 3rd. I was using 8lb dumbbells. I've added a 4th baby since then and today I used a 22.5lb dumbbell! Thank you for all your work! God bless 💛

I've been doing these workouts for over a year after my chiro recommended. Even through life's ups and downs (illness, injury, stress, and loss) and getting seriously close to 40, I can come back to new workouts, old workouts, long and short workouts with no fear of failure or discouragement. Really liked this format! The single dumbbell is my jam being 31 weeks prego! Thanks for bringing content to us where it’s normally either WAY too little activity or not pregnancy friendly at all! I think this is one of my new NML favourites!! I loved the powerful single dumbbell moves that allowed me to challenge myself with the weight I was using and how sweaty those cardio moves were without a single burpee! Love love loved it!

This was one of my favorite NML workouts ever! I am a professor and during the school year I usually just keep repeating the Strong 20/Stronger 25 because that is really all I have time for and it keeps me consistent! Today though, I had a random day off and decided to do a HIIT workout for additional cardio since it is already super cold/windy in the midwest today! This was such a challenge and really pushed me! I will be coming back to this one for sure!

LOVED THIS! Rachel, i love the "lets gggggoooo", mom of a gang of athletes and I hear it all the time! This was so awesome, loved the standing- favorite was the last Lindsey's choice move- its nice to be challenged and having to literally stay on my toes! So sweaty haha thank you ladies so much!

I've been following NML for workouts since I discovered your DR workout (before you put the program out). I tried the original beginner workout over and over but would fall off. I saw that you changed the program and went for it again. I just finished the first round of 4 weeks!! Excited to start the 2nd round with better form, balance and heavier weights. Thank you so much for your channel, especially for working moms :) I only have mornings before work. No matter how tired I am, I get myself and get my morning started with you and Rachel!!

Loved this one!!! Love that you brought back that side step pick up squat-I remember that from your 40 min pyramid workout(one of my all time favorites), that one had two dumbbell pickup but LOVE that move.

This workout style is my happy place! I'm a old school Jillian Michael's Junkie, and I grew up on HIIT workouts like this! You mentioned that you mostly do strength training these days. I would love a heavy strength based program! I've also been to cut back on cardio (but i love it so much!), and focus more on strength. Thank you for another wonderful workout!

I love another NML sweaty workout 😮‍💨 🔥 😁 . I was able to use 20 lb weight for everything but the push press. I used 15s, but previously was only able to use 10s for push press!! 👏

Love! This one made me notice that Yes I am in better form, didnt suffer so much during cardio 😅 and now I pick up heavy weigths And NML has a huge role in this, thank you team!❤
