the way I feel connected to you even though this challenge was posted 4 years ago and you are on the other side of the globe is crazy to me. never thought I could miss you and my mat so much if I don't get to do yoga for a day. this challenge has already changed my life in so many ways and I am excited for what's to come. also, this has nothing to do with yoga but you are without a doubt one of the most gorgeous women I have ever seen. you really seem to radiate from within and that is just beautiful.

After doing the 30 days challenge for beginners and this 47th day of yoga I truly feel like I've found my passion. After the 30 days challenge I already began to feel so passionated about yoga, like it is really something for me. And it is. Yoga is my passion. I've been practicing yoga everyday since the start of that 30 days challenge and every day I fall more and more in love with yoga, and seeing some transitions in my practice makes me so grateful. I don't think I will ever stop practicing yoga. Thank you Leslie for helping to find my passion, you are a wonderful person and I hope to ever meet you one day on of the retreats of yours.

Another wonderful class today. This gentle Vinyasa Flow Class was exactly what my body needed today. I have been out hiking in the snow on our local Cumbrian Fells over the last few days and I was a little bit stiff as a result. The stretch and hip openers that this class gave us were fantastic and have done their job. Thank you🙏.

Great workout with warming up flow. I really like warrior II and the hip twisting moves. I think it will help my lower back and sciatic pain. I will practice it again for sure. Hey, Lesley! t want to thank you for these videos. I thought the first week was wicked hard, and the HIIT days can be intense. But I've kept up, and feel so much stronger after 47 days. I'm going away for a couple of months. Not sure I'll be able to manage the intensity of the yoga fix 90 series, or always have access to KZbin, but I'm taking a travel mat. If I don't manage to complete the 90, I'll start again when I get back. Thank you for offering a series with heart! Blessings always!

What a wonderful, beautiful session that was *smile* I think I may do it a second time before bed..so very calming and peaceful. My intention was, and often is, acceptance and forgiveness of my physical self. I've gone from being a very strong, weight lifting, mma training type to being reduced to a fraction if my strength and power in a very short amount of time due to a failing thyroid. I have a lot of angry and hurtful inner dialogue with my body due to its lack of capability in the face if things that once we're simple and now are very difficult. These yoga sessions that you lead help me find peace and balance and forgiveness for these things. Yoga us something I Can do that shows my body has not abandoned itself completely..it's just on another path. Dedicated practice is also something new to me, so I have no ore-set bar to compare myself to, and every bit of progress and improvement I notice, I take truly to heart and feel a spark of pride. Thank you for this, Leslie. It's truly a wonderful thing.

Jen Stead Hi Jen, I'm really sorry to hear about your thyroid issues. I had trouble with an autoimmune reaction to gluten a couple of years ago and it zapped all of my energy. I wasn't able to practice Ashtanga daily anymore...I've had to also slow down and even though I've been avoiding gluten, my strength and energy are not back to where they used to be. I totally relate with finding that balance, acceptence and gratitude for what is. Yoga is so healing on so many levels. lots of love to you! xx

I finally got so far in the challenge and I'm still going. I feel the strength I have now and the classes have helped aid in my spiritual practice. I usually let myself go easier on myself when it comes to focus in this challenge, as I do Mysore ashtanga everyday and I kind of use that to become present and deepen my spiritual practice more. this is a great set up to go right into my next practice.

Sometimes my intention is specifically targeted by the practice that day, and today was really perfect for mine: "Breathe to mirror your movements." Since I'm not as dependent on watching the video now, I can focus so much more on what I can do to improve everything else, posture, breath, relaxing other muscles, etc. And this flow today really helped me unlock that breath control. Thanks Lesley!

That's wonderful. I've grown to love practicing outside! It was kind of difficult for me at first because looking up in poses like triangle pose made me dizzy! I've gotten used to it now and the fresh air is great!
