THIS WORKS!! Literally after only a few days i started seeing defined collarbones. I started to do this workout every morning and right before bed and within 5 ish days my collar bones were showing and my neck & shoulders were slimmer!!! I did make sure to maintain a good balance of foods and watched proportions along with drinking lots of water and staying active with rest days. Just doing all this gave me super quick results with defining my collarbones, face fat, jawline, neck, shoulders, and overall body fat. Stay consistent and don’t give up because the results are SO worth it!! 💜

@@cherub1234 I highly recommend eating a well balanced diet with lots of proteins, fruits, and veggies if you haven’t already!! Even then, everyone’s body is different so some may get results while others don’t while staying consistent and eating good. Try this workout each morning and night for 1-2 weeks and don’t give up!! If you still don’t see results, don’t beat yourself up over it. You got this!!!

Will be doing this everyday Day 1: ✅ My arms.. Day 2: ✅ It's a little easier today :) Day 3: ✅ It's still a little hard.. but waaay easier Day 4: ✅ Very easy today. Though there was a slight burn in my arms Day 5: ✅ Easy today. Not a breeze but definitely not a challenge! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Was very refreshing today Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ (Doesn't really matter but I got my hair cut today and it feels soo good!) Day 11: ✅ It's not in any way painful anymore, but my shoulder is cracking a lot more often then normal? Meh. Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ My start: slight shadow above collarbone (it was basically invisible) *My result* They are definitely more visible, the upper shadowis greater and there is slight shadow underneath and the colarbone is a little portruding, so it's a little lighter and we can see it! Overall I think this was pretty good the only problem was that my shoulders kinda hurt and cracked but I did do the exercises with a lot of force ("Squeeze those shoulderblades together") Note: If you're planning to do this don't do it as forcefully as you kight think you should, relax a little and do it twice a day. If you do it twice a day I'm sure you'll have greater results than I witnessed *I'm only doing this once a day* Leave a like for motivation/updates💞

It really worked. I was doing it from 2020 to 2022, but later i stopped for my laziness but I started doing it from 2023 begging and doing it till now, today is 23rd October, 2024. I got my collar bone. It takes only 1 week to come. So do it guys, don't lie down on the bed just do it. All the very best.

This will probably gonna be buried in the comment section but I'm gonna say it anyway. Back in 6th grade in our science class, our topic was all abt bones and then we start talking abt collar bone. And then my teacher said to me that it will be probably hard to feel/find mine as a joke (well because I am chubby at that time, im still chubby btw huhu). I just laugh along lol but it actually hurt me a bit. When I said a bit it meant A LOT haha. (I STILL FREAKING REMEMBER IT AFTER 5 YEARS, YES IT HURT HURT LOL). Well maybe because I am starting to go into puberty at that time and it made me feel really insecure abt my weight and how I look. Now five years later I'm doing this hehe, it's been a month and ITS WORKING GUYS I RECOMMEND IT. A tip I can say is be consistent and be patient, IT WILL TAKE TIME UNTIL YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS YOU WANT SO HANG IN THERE. I guess all I wanted to say is don't ever let other people's words get to you because from my experience it made my self-esteem so low and made me really really insecure abt everything. I've never felt so confident in my body after I start working out a month ago. So if you wanna look and feel better, you have to work hard. Coz no you won't find a genie on a bottle and wish you'll lose weight or just wake up one day and then have a brand new body. It will take time, everything does so work hard and be patient. Bye, hope this makes u smile or inspire (?) you a little lol. edit: You guys are too sweet, you made my heart so warm. Thank you for all the support and I'm happy that some of you were touched by this. I wish everyone who is also struggling with things like this to be genuinely happy and contented on themselves someday! ALL THE BEST FOR Y'ALL!!!!! edit: ps. Also, I don't have any remorse or anger to that teacher who said that to me now (but back then i kinda hated her for saying that in front of the whole class, grrrrr). Yes, at first it hurts but now I don't really care, somehow it just becomes a driving force for me to keep on working out. So guys, turn those negative words from others into something positive coz it is really helpful! I had my collarbone popping out it wasn’t that present as before but I have been doing it for the whole month of August before school start and wow when I put an off shoulder there is so many compliments this workout save me in many ways, anyway thank you I always trust Asians workouts, and they always work

For anyone wondering, this workout does work! I started seeing results after around 2-3 days, but not dramatic results until around a week after. I did this workout everyday in combination with my regular workout routine, and am very happy with my results. Remember, my experience my be different from yours, so take time and be consistent with this workout. Good luck everyone, and I hope you get your desired results!!

For those wondering, this workout really works! I did it for a week (and I’m continuing to do it to maintain results) and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. I’m not a person who really measures results, but I can the bones on both sides and I have a nice underline. My neck also looks more thin and the bones are more visible.

Omg you guys I did this workout for 7 days and trust me I can see a clear difference on my collarbone they are more visible than they were before.. I started seeing the difference from day 3 and BOOM! After 7 days it gets much more visible.. Goshhh I'm gonna stick into this cool, easy and effective workout! I will be doing this exercise and will give updates here everyday: day 1 - ✅ day 2 - ✅ day 3 - ✅ day 4 - ✅ I can already see a little definition day 5 - ✅ day 6 - ✅ day 7- ✅ day 8 - ✅ day 9 - ✅ day 10- ❌ day 11- ✅ day 12- ✅ my collarbones are wayyyy more visible now day 13 - ✅ day 14- ✅ say 15- ✅ day 16- ✅ day 17- ✅ I SEE A MASSIVE DIFFRENCE this works. 2 month update- okay so i had barely any collarbone definition and it’s been two months of me doing these exercises and my collarbones are way more defined and visible. it looks amazing. it worked for me :) 03 month update- i do it every alternate day now as i don’t feel the need to do it regularly but i have also noticed that it defines my throat more ykwim? it is more visible now and so are my collarbones just a reminder you don’t have to do these exercises to look “pretty” everyone is beautiful but if doing these exercises will give you more confidence and will make you happy, do it :)

I’m gonna do this twice a day for 1 week :) My collarbone is not visible like REALLY so here we go. Day 1: ✔️ (The exercises were not tiring and I actually enjoyed it) Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: ✔️ (I did it only once) Day 4: ✔️ (My collarbone is a little visible now and it’s motivating me to do this twice.) Day 5: ✔️ [Collarbone is more defined now :)] Day 6: ✔️ (I’m getting there) Day 7: ✔️ (I’m actually satisfied with the results but I will continue to do this for more deep collarbone but will not update anymore.) Initially, my posture was terrible. But in 2022, I started doing these exercises that transformed my physique. These exercises were incredibly effective - my collarbone became visible, and my neck significantly slimmed down. What's remarkable is that I wasn't strictly consistent, managing only 2-3x per week. I didn't incorporate any other exercises or dietary changes. These simple exercises alone yielded amazing results. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Yadira Venzor I’ve been doing this for a past week there are changes of course for me it’s more visible than before but it really depends on your collarbone , my stemocleidomastoid muscle is more visible , so yes this workout works but I suggest doing it for a month more than a week to get to where she’s at like your collarbone is really visible even if you do not stretch it

Guys I’ve only done this 5 times and not in a raw and saw some incredible results , keep it up and you’ll see the change . Just make sure you’re doing the first exercise correctly Update: I only did this about 10-13 times in total and my collarbones are showing like dammmn Although I gained 6 kilos due to stress eating !!! .... I advise doing the first exercise in front of the mirror , your collarbones should be showing .

Hello everyone! 👋 I've been doing this workout for 4 days now 1-2 times a day and so far, as of day 4, the bones are starting to show a little bit. It works!! Just got to wait 3 more days for it to be a week and then I'll let you guys know the results ❤ COMPLETELY FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT IM BACK! Ok so results are that my collarbone is very much more visible and when i look in the mirror, i can see the bones and collarbone on my neck and chest. I hope you are all staying motivated as well! day 5 - ✓ I like this exercise a lot! day 6 - ✓ I did NOT expect to see results so soon (especially 1 week in), but I saw my collarbone in the mirror today and thought they looked more prominent, so I checked a photo I took the day I started this exercise and it is totally working! Already completed! Find update below 🌸 Objective: I wanted to define other features of my body except my legs so hear it goes Day 1: ✅the exercise was great - no visible difference. Day 2: ✅completed exercise twice - little difference. Day 3: ✅ my mum and I noticed a huge difference! helps with posture. Day 4: ✅completed exercise twice again, so much easier when you are reading or watching an episode! only four days in and it looks very deep. Day 5: ✅ feeling my collarbones without looking in the mirror and it feels just as deep as it looks! my arms look very tone too and the exercises are getting easier. Day 6: ✅ day four I noticed my collarbones were only noticeable on the upper half of my collarbones, now im starting to see a subtle definition forming on the bottom half! Day 7:✅ My arms look so slim and toned and my collarbones look so good, it gives me so much confidence with my posture Going to keep doing this 3 times week. FINAL UPDATE (05/2023) I am still doing this exercise but wanted to share my insight. This workout is incredibly effective. If you don't see immediate results like I did, be patient and remember to stretch and massage your arms frequently. I'm going to start doing this every night for a week to see if I feel it's worth continuing😊💫 My collarbones are semi visible as of right now, but I want to get them more visible bc I feel it is very feminine and beautiful. I will update everyday after I complete the exercises! Please like this to keep me motivated :) day 1: ✅ the exercises are very doable. I'm a little sore but in a good way. no difference yet, obviously, but this seems like a very good start to something! day 2: ✅ i can definitely feel the soreness in the muscles around my neck, upper back, and chest area from doing the exercises yesterday. I like the fact that today I knew what to expect and was a lot more confident going into it! day 3: ✅ i'm no longer sore while doing these! idk if it's all in my head, but I really feel like I can see a slight difference in my collarbones day 4: ✅ I feel amazing while doing the exercises! they're surprisingly relaxing once you get used to them lol. I can definitely tell a difference today

Comenzaré a poner mis cambios por dos semanas para los que hablan español (Si veo buenos resultados iré alargando los días) Día 1: ✅ Estuvo normal, me dolieron levemente los brazos durante el ejercicio pero nada de que preocuparse. Día 2: ✅ Me dolió más que ayer y fue un poco doloroso, lo normal. Mis clavículas se comienzan a marcar haciendo poco esfuerzo. Día 3: ✅ Hoy me dolió menos que los primeros días, YA VEO ALGO DE RESULTADOS. No es súper notorio pero están mejor que cuando inicie. Día 4: ✅ Cada vez va reduciendo el dolor. Siento que mi espalda está más tonificada. Día 5: ✅ Listo. In February i did this for like 2 months and the results were INSANE. I remember that at day 4 i started to see some changes and then 20 days later the difference was HUGE. I suddenly stopped doing this but results last up like 1 or 2 months more. I completely recommend this vid.

DUDE THIS IS SO GOOD! i did it last night for the first time and OMG i had the best sleep ever! i dont know if it really makes ur collarbone area more defined cuz i just started doing it but it feels really good. It feels like all the stress and weight is off my shoulders lol. To anyone who is skeptical about this, TRY IT! It will make u feel so light and you will start having better days (i will leaving an update if it worked for the collarbone or not after 1 week) Edit: i know it has not been a week but OMGG! its only been 3 days and i already see a difference! my collarbones are a bit more defined now. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT! *UPDATE: ok so imma be real with you guys here, you are NOT gonna get the kind of collarbone shown in the thumbnail in a week. I have been doing this 2 times a day for 8 days and it really not as effective as ppl in the comments r saying. Its gonna take u a long time to get those kinda collarbone. but yes, it is good for stretching and you can keep doing it but i'd recommend find a workout that is a bit more effective than this one. DO TRY IT tho and see how it goes for you :)

So i would like to share my experience ! i was debating whether i should do a checklist comment but i was too lazy lol so i just waited for a week ! i did this exercise for 7 days straight and 2 times a day, and i started to see a little difference by day 3 although nothing much change after finishing a week long exercise :] I'm still gonna keep on doing this exercise and I'm gonna update here so please like so i can remember haha 🤗

I will try this, maybe for 30 days and then see the results: day 1:✔️ day 2: ✔️ I forgot two days but im backkk!! only 10 mins a day remember. day 3:✔️ day 4: ✔️ day 5: ✔️ this really does help, after doing it for some consecutive days you start to see a difference, especially in the neck for me. I will keep going though. day 6:✔️ day 7: ✔️ day 8:✔️ day 9: missed day 10: ✔️ 8/9/20 so I've done this on and off since maybe June and let me tell you, there really are results!! my collarbone has become much more pronounced and my neck and back have become slimmer! highly recommend 💚

Vengo a editar este comentario, ya llevo cerca de 2 meses haciendo estos ejercicios y los resultados se han mantenido aunque los deje de hacer por algunos días, no se desanimen si dejan pasar un día o dos, también hacerlos seguido (sin tomar días de descanso) puede ser perjudicial, mientras sean constantes van a llegar a donde ustedes quieran uwu Si hablan español y me leen, ustedes pueden! son sólo 10 minutos!

Its pretty impossible to lose 30kg in 2 months,but you can lose 10kg+ in 2-3 by doing the le ssefarim workout 2x a day,antifragile dance 3-4x a day or any dance and do it atleast 5-6x a day!i lost 4kg in 3 weeks just by dancing ( i did the dance 7x a day!) Also stretch every morning, drink 2L of water everyday,eat less sugar (only eat natural sugars like fruits and real honey), counting the calories before eating it,stay away from snacking and eat 3 healthy meals a day(dont do cheat days) if you plan on losing it FAST i really recommend burpees they made me lose belly fat pretty fast!

I honestly did this workout to help with the soreness of my upper back. Getting a visible collarbone will be a plus. It definitely helped relieve the pain in my upper back. Will keep doing it.

You mean like a bit of your neck? Its your muscles, they are inflamated due to lack of use and or warming the muscle. If you are in the same position you can also get stiff neck

Seeing everyone’s sharing their results makes me feel more motivated. I’ll doing it in the next days and will (trying to) remember to update! My workout process starts today. Day 1: After working this out I write it. It’s really fun doing it and waste not much. I really enjoy it :)) I just do it once today and will try to do more tomorrow! Nothing’s happened today and I knew it because working out is quite a long process, the result is also not the same for everyone and requires patience 🙌
