This 30 Minute workout will strengthen and tone your muscles and get your heart rate up, using the TRX Suspension trainer in tabata intervals. Options for all fitness levels.
In the tabata format, we work in quick intervals, alternating between 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes). You'll get cardio because you're working fast, but you'll also really feel the burn in your muscles as you get stronger. Using the TRX suspension trainer, you're engaging your core the entire time, and using your own bodyweight as resistance.

Love Love Love this workout! Inspiring to see your strength all the way through your pregnancy!! Congrats on the baby! The cardio boosts throughout are great! The workout keeps moving quickly with little down time in between each move which is so much better for those who are familiar with the moves.

just done this workout in my hotel room, with TRX travel kit, and it was a great workout! time saving but got a good session. thanks Amy.

I think this is my favorite trx workout. Just curious as why it's not listed under the trx playlist? I sometimes forget about this one when I'm looking for a trx workout.
