Love this! One of my favorites. I have to change the end because for the time being I can't do floor exercises, so I substitute other movements and still complete the workout.

This was such a great workout. All of the classic moves and by the core round my heart was pumping and sweat everywhere lol. Loved it! 😍

As always the mat part of any TRX workout is always very hard for me.I could figure out where the loops are supposed to be so I can hold the plank for few seconds at least 😀. From plank to pike 🥵 can't do 🙃 and from plank to cross-climber 😨 I can't even dream that I would ever be able to do that.... but very tiny baby steps every Friday.... towards plank to pike 🤗 is my goal for now. Thank you Amy for being there!

As someone who's had to stop her gym visits because of the coronavirus, this workout is a LIFE SAVER. Thank you so much - this is a much better way to channel my energy than just sitting at home, waiting for normalcy. ♥

a tip: you can watch movies at Flixzone. Been using them for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.

Absolutely brilliant thank you so much. I have enjoyed all of your TRX workouts. I love that you are doing it all with us and showing everything so clearly and you are finding bits difficult and I am finding them incredibly difficult but it works and your cheery disposition really helps me through.
