Excellent demo on how to perform the routines,will start with 30 seconds and 6 seconds of rest. Don't think I can manage 45 seconds right now but that's my goal. Thank you for sharing your knowledge ❤💪.

Gosh, that was a goody! I started your TRX HIT 1 exercise by mistake and realised 30 seconds in that I was not up to that yet. This one was much more manageable. Thank you for an exciting workout! You always find new little exercises to keep it fresh :-)

I must admit that I too was missing some music on your previous videos, but now there is music but I can`t concentrate on my posture because I need to keep looking at the screen to find out what the next exercise will be! uahiuahiuhauihiahuia... I know, I know, you can never please everybody! But if you do eventually consider changes you could keep your commentaries (or the voiceovers) and just "add a layer of music" while editing the video. That is what I would try at least :) Anyway, thanks for the workout!

Wow, it seems like every time I’m in need of a good workout, I find it on your channel. This will fit my workout regiment nicely on my extensive endurance, but low impact days.
