I’m loving this new program! I have to give a big shoutout to my mom! We have been doing these workouts together. I’ve done this workout a few times now and just decided it’s my favorite moment on NML history when Lindsey completes the last 10 push-ups from her toes! Pure grit & determination! I have to stop to watch it every time and I get goosebumps all over my body. Rachel is so proud, Lindsey is so proud of herself and I feel proud and inspired. This was a tough one - definitely hit failure! I started every round of push-ups from my toes: some rounds, I did all of them from my toes, and others, I could only do one, but I always started that way, and made it to 100! Thanks for this awesome new program - great way to begin 2024!

Second time doing the metcon program. Normally I love working along with Rachel and Lindsay, but when it comes to push-ups I just found I'd do better if I pause the video and do them at my own speed and tempo. I feel like I'm less stressed when I'm not trying to keep up with your speed and I can concentrate on good form.

Please please please do more upper body metcon! I love this format and I love the exercises you pick! I keep coming back to this one because it feels so so good. I just did 100 push ups- at 42 years old, mom of many! 😊 Thank you, gal!

I wasn’t sure I could do 100 push-ups since upper body is not my strong suit. After 50 reps, my two year old twin boys came over and started to “attempt “ to do push-ups and count with me! I was able to finish the full 100 from my toes and made me smile knowing my boys saw their momma do something hard and not give up! Thanks NML!

I was worried if I could do these workouts, but so far these are my favorite of all your workouts!! I feel stronger than I ever have and though sometimes I’m having to adjust and go with Rachel I’m extremely proud!!! By far best and favorite!!! Good old strength training at its best!!!
