I liked this format a lot - i like focusing on single muscle instead of compound and the no repeat makes it go so fast. Please do more like this, but also longer like 45 or 50 min. Thank YOU!

This was a wonderful workout! I really appreciate that you have chosen to stay with an interactive format! Your references to watching our form as we do the movements is very helpful. I've been exercising a long time and still occasionally find myself doing a movement improperly. So these reminders are incredibly useful and can prevent injuries!

Thanks for this, Tracy! I'm short on time this morning, but I still wanted to work out. This was just perfect! 👍It moved right along, and we hit each muscle group in only 30 minutes. At the end I decided to swap out the ab exercises for cardio HIIT intervals for a little more burn. 🔥So glad I was able to fit a workout in today!
