Love the new variety! I would love to have some workouts focused on small muscle groups. I’m about to have a partial knee replacement surgery and I know that those small muscle groups are going to be very important for added stability. But I haven’t come across any workouts focusing on those.

I agree, they are concise and affective!!! I really look forward to what's next. Was a Barry's Bootcamp girl but isolation of muscle groups wasn't happening quite enough- plus as I age, the burpees, intense jumping and stress on the joints has become an issue. So a big thanks for challenging 30 minutes with affect.

Wow amazing full body strength with the light, moderate and heavy dumbells. It was a short but intense blast. The excercises were a great variety some I dropped in weight to keep a good form. I had a good time. Thank you Tracy.👍💪😅❤️

Tracy, I would like to know if it is possible one day for you to perform a series of arm exercises where we do not use weights. Let me tell you why I ask you this. I can't use more than a kilogram (1Kg) because of my arm. The arm where I have the fistula from when I was on hemodialysis. I would like to know exercises that would give me muscles in my arms and challenge me in terms of strength. Could you understand me? ...lol PS: Sorry for my writing English.... I am not that good. You can try the Barre workouts I have. We use super light weights - usually 3 lbs, but you could use no weight too!
