For those that don't know: This is actually based on a real story. A real pizza deliver guy was strapped with a bomb around his neck and forced to rob a bank and hide the money before it detonated. Unfortunately, after he managed to rob the bank, he was surrounded by police at gunpoint. Before the bomb squad had time to arrive and assist the man, the bomb actually blew up... killing him instantly. The mystery of who set him up completely puzzled the FBI and it goes by the name of the Collar bomb case/Pizza bomb case. There's a documentary series about it called "Evil Genius".

It's not unsolved Floyd Stockton is believed to be the one who put the bomb around his neck. He also testified against the others. He was given immunity so I highly doubt he would lie and risk losing his immunity.

I looked it up after reading this. Two points, 1. No it's not based on that case (it is similar) 2. Two people were caught and are currently in prison.

This is the basic plot, you can take the basic plot from any film and do this.
