"I'm not that strong, guys." As he military presses 275 for reps. I agree with you about barbell presses, especially standing overhead press. Few feats of strength are as impressive as a heavy SOHP.

From the day one till today, Evan showed to be ORIGINAL and have a different views on food, training, etc AND STILL IS. Even not standing in a stage (..he knows perfectly how to do it and works the shit…) to me, he is still “ON” much more of something in the game. Luv him and his path👏🏼🌟👍🏻👊🏻

Great Video Evan. I like your Dip attachment and someone like myself who owns a Sorinex XL Power Rack and several other products from Sorinex such as the "Bulldog Pad", they make good quality products. I purchased the Dip attachment from "Mutant Metals" because I really liked the knearling on the 45mm handles. But that being said Sorinex makes great quality products made in the USA. I really like your Power rack you made years ago and enjoyed that video .

the upper body workout that I did for a year to gain 22 solid pounds as a natty. Literally just do this twice a week and take deloads every few weeks (cut sets in half) Pullups 5 sets to failure or untill 25 reps completed if beginner Barbell Rows head supported on bench 2x5-9 Bench Press 2x5-9 and a backoff set (at least 9 reps) Seated Ohp 2x5-9 supported braced side Laterals/Very well executed upright rows, prefer side laterals (however many sets to get shoulders toasted, at least 4) Whatever curl you like 4x8-10 Dips 4xF I also did face pulls before bed daily with a band for shoulder stability

If you’re new to working out and are getting into it, would you recommend a full body work out every other day instead of splits? Any natural builders out there want to share their thoughts? I’m also 42, so I know I am behind when it comes to the glory days to muscle gain. My diet is pretty good. 4 Eggs , tomatoes, Ezekiel toast for bredfast Lunch is two chicken breasts and a salad Animal Meal for protein 1-2 times a day . (2 scoops each time) Dinner is usually fish, or chicken and frozen veggies, with a sweet potato (no butter), and wild rice I snack on walnuts I know at my age I am not going to be competitive, that isn’t my goal, I just want to get stronger and have more muscle. I’m 6’1 and current 230lbs

Hey guys, I'm not as experienced as Evan obviously, but one thing I got from another bodybuilder a few years ago was to begin with your weaker and most annoying muscle first, it will give you incredible pump at the end when you're ready to go fullsend on your biceps. So instead of doing biceps -> triceps, you can do triceps then biceps and it feels a lot different it doesn't hit the same at all. I think in this circuit Evan did, personally I would start with rear dealt first then bench and dumbells. Rear delts are kind of a bitch muscle, at least for me I don't have good mind-muscle connection with my rear delt and it feels a lot better when I start there first. Try it out maybe you will like it
