Wonderful timing! I’m currently working on a Save File to use as a base. I appreciate the variety of lot types! I’d love a series like this - kind of ironic that the gallery is the worst way to actually see a build before downloading. You did a great job touring the lots - spent just the right amount of time. With the hospital lot - if you send a sim to the hospital how do you choose which hospital to go to? for me it always takes my sims to the game hospital even if I have placed other clinics etc.

so what i do, for the first time my sims go to the hospital for a birth etc. Do the cheat bb.enablefreebuild and place your new lot, for me that always saves the new lot you put down in place of the hospital 😊
