19:44 this build and the previous one (the older looking apartment) are kinda why I didn’t like LA when I lived there. Outside of the unaffordablity issue and traffic - I hated those apartments on stilts (that’s what I called them lol) and how a lot of apartments were built next to old homes and just looked so mismatched. Of course it wasn’t like this everywhere- like I loved Weho but Ktown or like in the valley in Canoga Park I definitely saw both things you talked about. But I do ageee, it makes it SUPER realistic for recreating an LA feel. But I guess being from the East Coast, I’m use to more planned communities and zoning. 😂

Omg the stilts hahah yeah I know what you mean. They’re so LA but so not cute and there was always one building like it I’m whatever neighborhood I lived in that killed the vibe lol. Stop you totally clocked me haha ktown and the valley were the main inspos 😂 I’m on the east coast now too and yeah neighborhoods make a lot more sense but not in a cookie cutter suburban way

I love the mixture of cc and non cc build (I use mainly non cc)! The art deco lounge is amazing! If you have all the packs there are round bars build in the center - it looks so good! I have to decide which night club I want to download because I want a new one in game (I had a pop-up mini nightclub on the park lot). the apartment building is great, too! "sadly", I can't use it for my girl anymore because she has just moved into a mansion 😅 will you videos like this for other worlds (f.e. San Myshuno) too? it is so helpful!
