Hey brother this will help but the 38 needs a good running in and just set a good tune on it and it should run well for you even bone stock without any mods. Mine screams at 17,500 rpms even with 20/54 gears in the yellow wasp car.

My clutch bell bearings one ring is kind of loose and the baja kind of bogs the clutch bell goes front and back front and back like if it was loosed help would you think i need new clutch?

If your clutch shoes are gone or very thin then I would replace the clutch. And the back n forth play could be the pinion screw has loosened and now there is back n forth play in your clutch bell

All TMR engines will only be available direct through TMR performance, selling through a distributor it cuts into the profit as they need to also benefit from the sale . Last time my engines were retailed through a distributor, they marked it up so much that it made the engines a lot less affordable and i got asked why the engines were so expensive. The engines are still not cheap but much more affordable without a third party seller .

What other issues do you see with this engine?

Quite a few actually but the main one would be to check the seal on the clutch side to make sure is seated properly. The other issues can only be corrected by a builder
