I’m so sorry to hear about your boat. As a fellow Australian (Port Stephens) with similar plans saving hard I can just imagine how stressful and difficult it would be. I am so sorry for your loss guys. I was just at your boat the day before to take a look at the watermaker. These things are hard to take and it's very hard to explain to others what a loss like this means. It represents so much more than money. Your time invested over several years to get this plan together can never be regained. The dreams you had, the endless nights at the kitchen table gathering and sifting through tons of information, endless phone calls, even questioning at times if you're doing the right thing. These and much more are real and calculable loss's that others can't always see. I can say this, even though we had a working relationship, every time I came out to your boat with you both there you were so gracious and kind. You always had a smile. I had not been following you until this vlog popped up in my suggestions. I am now a subscriber. I am SO sorry to hear of your tremendous loss. Honestly, I can’t even imagine losing my home and all the memories. As you say, thankfully nobody was hurt and things can be replaced, yet it’s just not the same. I hate that you were so pressured just as you were trying to come to terms as to what happened. I hope it all works out for you but it could take some time. All the best to you both.

Watching the footage was absolutely gut wrenching! So sorry you not only lost your boat/home but have to deal with the post loss BS. Retain legal counsel well versed in this! Something we can all take away from this catastrophe is how quickly the boat was consumed with fire. I didn't really think this could happen that quickly and it's heightened my awareness to the reality! Wishing you the best moving forward!
