I was 16 by the time I actually caught her doing it, and I was immediately disgusted. Found her grating up carrots and I was like "dafuq is this, you're going to ruin the sauce!?" at which point she decided to explain I'd been eating it that way my entire life.....I'm now of the opinion that I almost don't care WHAT is in my food. If it tastes good and doesn't make me shit out an intestine or something, I'll eat just about anything. If someone told me McDonalds burgers were made from ground up horse anus, elephant teeth, and whatever roadkill was at hand, I really wouldn't care at all. It tastes good and hasn't killed me yet, so whatever, if they can find a use for that stuff then good for them.

These tricks actually work, I watched this a few days back and I've been playfully trying out these techniques. I suddenly realized which people actually disliked me that I believed we were fine Co workers not best friends but cool. No they hated me I learned and people I felt intimated around turns out they were the ones who liked me. I'm learning slowly to not yell when I'm angry at someone who's being unfair, because it's true I get so flustered I do say things I regrete and don't mean. Of course it was used against me, so I looked like a monster bc I yelled and they got away with being unfair, different friends, some stole, lied etc. But I finally would confront them calmly and they'd act like it was nothing, so I got upset, they manipulated me into loosing my cool, so I looked worse. Really it was a double victimization to me in my mind at the time. But I stay calm and quiet now, it's really helped me.
