This video is just what i needed to break my training platieu. After doing weights for years now it seem that my body is so accustomed to it and i stop growing. Did the beginner and interm push ups in this video and once again i felt the muscle soreness all over again! It is a great feeling! Never felt so alive for years!

Damn! I bet if you had treaded gloves, you could spend all day walking around on your hands! I'm working on getting to 100 per day, I'm up to 70 last week and this week. My goal is to do 3 sets of 100 per day. When I get there, maybe I'll check back with you for some of these other variations. Thank you for the inspiration you're pretty amazing.

Performed my first advanced pushups from standard to diamond was the one I felt where I’m at right now can do a clap but only 2 to 3 lol so I leave them due to getting injury in case but now least I got a know how , thanks simeon excellent vid mate
