Make sure your Enhanced pointer precisions is turned off so your pointer doesn't slow down.

I had a same issue with my 4k dongle . It was always disconnecting and running on 1000 Hz… could you please put the link what cable you’re useing?

When you pair it can it be wired? My 2.4 dongle broke. Viper v2 pro user here.

I recommend having the mouse and the hyper dongle plugged in at the same time and use the mouse to click on the pairing prompt on Razer synapse. Then plug the mouse out as soon as you begin pairing. If it doesn’t work try closing the program entirely and opening back up. If that doesn’t work try restarting your pc. It’s a weird process idk why it’s like that lol. Hope this helps.

Must i plug in the Mouse in another USB Port than the Hyperpolling Dongle when I will loading the Mouse?

would the hyperspeed dongle work with a ps5 assuming i setup everything on a laptop and changed polling rate to 4k hz.

I’m not too sure about that but you can try. Just know you do need razer synapse to be able to access the polling rates.

@@Canseeyt thats what im saying. i have a laptop where i can access razer synapse and create custom profiles for my razer mouse and change from 125-1000 polling rate (which suprisingly works fine on ps4 pro). just wanted to know if this would work on ps5 since im upgrading soon, i have a 165hz monitor o play on.

fr, even after I told them that my mouse and my original dongle WORKS great, the disconnections started to happen once I got the 4K hyperpolling dongle (which feels great) sometimes it can go from disconnections every 5 minutes to disconnections every once in a while per day which is weird tbf@@Canseeyt

@@iFR4 no I never encountered the problem again. I have the dongle resting on my pc case so maybe don’t have it dangling

@@Canseeyt I updated my windows (it installed two drivers) and updated my motherboard drivers and now it hasn’t shown any problem even playing in 8K hz, it only turned off once so far

I haven’t tried it out yet. I usually keep it at around 2000hz to save on battery. I’ll probably test it out soon though. Thanks for the comment ☺️
