Realtors are salesperson, people should never take advice from them. They are here to sell houses and no will buy if they say prices will go down

Bhaji one time saying housing will go up…I just want to say to new immigrants please do not come into there trap. These people just want their commission and want to sell their own property. I just want to say that the house which was $450,000 was gone up to 950,000. Nowadays those similar houses were sold on $740-$780,000… those people lost their downpayment. So, buying a home needs lots of calculation. There are many power of sales coming in market. There is 10,000 properties in market for sale. If you want more info regarding housing market just come to this conversation.

I was looking for a house in Surrey . I try to put offer for 1.6m but my realtor refuse to put the offer he says now the rate for that home is 1.9m.
