Alright Coach, You're gong to have to help me get healthy again. I'm going to use your videos because you have a clear and straightforward approach to your videos. Plus, the bedsheet workouts bring a smile to my face and I am completely willing to give those a try. Just through diet alone I lost significant weight, went from 277 pounds to 224 pounds. But that is still too heavy for being 6'0". Somehow all that weight came off my torso and my lower half still seams to have that dreaded adipose tissue. My "fat jeans" still somehow fit me. So, the waist, thighs, and buttocks still need some work. OK, Thank You for reading this and you have a Fantastic Day.

How do you keep from falling off the chair because, believe me, I will fall off the chair? And, could you also use a broom/stick and twist to tap the chair?

yes for the broom stick. as for the chair, you can try do it on a bed and place/mark objects/areas you can place cards on
