Today is day 5 and I'm down 7.8 pounds! That's amazing! Adrian your workouts are like magic. I must also say that I'm also fasting and not eating more than 2000 calories a day. This particular exercise works! I started last week and I have already lost 3kg! It is unbelievable! Simple 20mins once a day! Amazing! Of course, i did this alongside being on a calorie deficit but nothing crazy (because I actually increased my calorie intake and I still lost weight fast). I must also add that i did it for only 4days and rested on the other 3days but on those 3days i went for walks. All the best guys. Stay consistent and you will see results. I intend to do it again this week and hopefully lose another 3kg😁

Did the first 10 minutes as a beginner, then took a 1 minute break and did the next 10 minutes, so proud of myself! Definitely kicked my butt!! But it was so worth the 20 minutes out of my day!

@@sulimankhan4362 I actually did 2 workouts every day. One was the chair burpees, I did in the morning along with this workout in the evening. Also did Intermittent fasting. Diet is the most important criteria. Totally avoided sugar and started drinking black coffee.

I've been doing a few of your workouts but I've stuck mostly to this one I try to do it at least 6 times a week, and been eating less than 2000 calories per day, and I've lost 19lbs since November 6 2020, and I have had a lot of days where I splurged and ate way more than 2000 calories yet I still have lost weight thank you for uploading all these workouts and all the info on eating better you're awesome. I am now starting to fit into my old church clothes again, I had done keto in the past and had lost 40lbs but it became really difficult because of how restrictive keto can be, so I was very skeptical about losing weight by eating anything as long as I kept it under 2000 calores but now I can say it works, this is the only work out routine I have ever kept up with, you make it easy and enjoyable to work out.

Adrian’s workouts are the BEST! I burned 4 pounds in less than 2 weeks. For reference, I’m mid-40s an average build size 10 pants, size 8 dress, 5’7”, @175 and want to get down to 165 or a size 8 pants. For my ladies that just want to look great naked, do this workout! My Superman approves 😜

I do at least one of the "silly dance moves" workouts from GWJ daily (along with a weekly strength training routine), but I come back to this workout when I really want my ass kicked. I did Adrian's workouts in 2018, and they helped me lose over 30 pounds back then. As time went on, I got tired of counting calories. Then, COVID hit, and I wasn't moving as much. I gained back a bunch. Last August, I developed Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, and Gabapentin plus the neurological toll the illness took on me helped me balloon all the way up to 189 lbs. I'm only a 5'3.5" woman! This year, I finally said that's enough of me being fat. I vowed to get in shape 74 days ago, and I'm back to the weight I was when I first started with Adrian's workouts. It took me a couple months before I was brave enough to try this one again, but I'm glad I went back to it. I can get in 28 jumping jacks, and 18 squats (no kicks) when I really push during the 40 second intervals. I do prefer to take a break of 40-60 seconds between each ten minute set. Here's to further body recomposition, feeling better, and looking better naked!

Hmmm....I think I will add this to my workouts until the end of the year. I've been doing HIIT with weights since Sept 23 and I've dropped almost 30lbs and a hell of alot of inches. I'm determined to hit my goal for Dec 31st and I need to challenge myself a bit more. I think this will be a good addition to what I'm already doing. 👍🏾

Honest though, I like your presentation and words. When I worked out in prison I use to always tell myself, “I’m doing this for the wife I don’t have and the kids I haven’t made.” When I dead lifted I use to say I’m doing this so I can scoop my future wife off the couch and carry her to bed, or so I take groceries out the trunk or lift sleeping kids out the backseat. I was/am a pro at those self mental games to motivate myself. Good job!

My first day i got 12 sets done Second day i got 16 sets done Soon ill be able to do all 20 on the regular..

Adrian, I want to thank you for these workouts. I do them mostly for my mental health. They keep me focused and energetic all day when I do it in the morning, and help me to sleep when I do them after work. Thanks again.

This is the first video of yours that I've ever seen. I'm disabled and extremely out of shape. I suffer from a number of disabilities that cause me a great amount of pain without even having to move. Years of being this way has caused me to gain a lot of weight. I only leave my home for doctors appointments because, let's face it... people can be very cruel. And, because of that, it has destroyed any self-esteem I had left inside me. I can't stand or walk, so my routine will have to be from sitting in a chair. I'm hoping that over time, and after shedding some pounds, that it may strengthen me enough to finally be able to stand and walk again for the first time in years. Making the decision to try and get in shape, has been a very difficult one. I know it will cause me a tremendous amount of pain on a daily basis. Quitting will be very easy for me to do. I'm incredibly scared to move forward knowing the pain I will suffer. But, if I keep going the way I am, and have been for years, I won't live long enough to see my 11 yr old son graduate from school, get married and start a family of his own. He and I have an incredible bond. He's a complete mamas boy. He never leaves my side. He bawled his eyes out to me the other day, telling me how scared he is that I will die soon. It completely destroyed me inside to hear the things he said to me. I know he won't be able to grow up without me in his life. All we have is each other - no one else. If something happens to me, he'll easily give up on his own life. I can't let that happen. So, I need to do something about it now, before it's too late. This particular workout seems way too intense for me to start with. Like I said, I will have to start easy and from a chair until I can gain enough strength and shed enough pounds to try it standing up. Starting out, will 10 reps of this routine at a slower pace still produce some results? I know I don't have the strength to go fast right now. If I try, I will only make it a couple minutes and have to stop. I'm going to give this my all and stick to it every day. I just want to start out safe, so not to cause myself injury. Can you give me any advice or pointers on the best routine to start out with? I know losing the weight will take some time. But, losing it fast is also my main agenda. Thank you so much for all you do to help as many people as you can to get in shape and change their lives forever. ♡

missprincess919 Yeah! I did it every day for 10 days. First three days were awful because I was so out of shape... Only got to 5 minutes? I took a two day break and my knees hurt like hell. But now I can do it all to the end and I do it once a day, mostly at night around 9 pm. That is my routine. Tomorrow I am starting with it again. I will come back after 2 weeks and tell how much I've lost. I already see changes in my legs.

@@user-gp3tb8ho2b lost 22 pounds in two months! And i was doing it 3-4 times a week with a right diet! You can do it :)
