There's another, /incredibly/ subtle aspect to the Milwaukee Brewers logo, and it has to do with the baseball in the glove. If you look closely, the stitching of the ball isn't that of a usual baseball. Rather, it forms a small letter S. This is a callback to the Brewers first home town, and their only season as the Seattle Pilots.

Proof for the H standing for Hockey in the Canadiens logo is the old logo: a C with an A inside, because back then the team was called Club Athlétique Canadien (Canadian Athletic Club) or CAC. When the team name was changed to Club de Hockey Canadien (Canadian Club of Hockey), the A was changed to H aswell. The belief that the H stands for Habs was apparently started by Tex Richard, owner of Madison Square garden when he told a reporter that the H standedfor Habs, this would apparently also be the origine of the nickname.

I believe the Raiders have a few hidden military terms and references to pirate tactics in their logo. -Starting off with the two cutlasses behind the pirate, usually swords that are depicted downwards means a battle has been decided in military terms, which could explain why the pirate in the logo is grinning because in his mind the battle is already won. - The eyepatch on the pirate depicts the Raider’s ability to play in the night. Pirates back in the day would mostly wear eyepatches not to shield an empty eye socket but to help their other eye adjust to the dark environment below deck when they would man the cannons. - The Shield could represent the teams defense while the swords could be a representation of the teams offense This is just fan speculation but it doesn’t seem too far fetched as for me at least
