At least ball replacement is required , if u want to call this restoration , Dismantling polishing and painting is not reatoration

Never put a vise grip on splines or threaded portion of the shaft it may damage.

Cette restauration était le seul moyen de remettre la machine en service, pieces neuves introuvables... Allez en afrique, ils coulent des carters de voiture dans de l'argile avec des vieilles casseroles fondues, et ca tient !!!!!

Este reparo desta Caixa de movimento que pode ser uma caixa de direção ou outra do tipo, más ó exemplo de como se Fazer este Reparo, É de uma técnica Muito Ruim, Para às pessoas que Estão iniciando na Profissão de Torneio Mecânico Vai entender que esse processo está Certo, Este É Um Péssimo exemplo de Proficional, Muito Ruim Nada Dê Relevante Só Perca De Tempo.

isso mesmo tem que botar a mão na massa quando esses tipos de coisas acontecem mais sem luvas adequada ou apropriada é perigoso enfiar limalha de ferro nas mãos melhor maneira sem luvas é lavar usando um pincel!😂🤣👍

Arreglado a lo baratito, sin calidad ninguna. Pasado de temperatura, mal soldado, sin casi lubricación, etc. Sorry

It does big time. This like brakes is a critical component in any type of transport. Using a welding rod and a mild steel sleeve where needle bearings should be fitted is pure lunacy. It is not a reconditioning it's a deadly botch job.

Usually the shaft is left natural to be ductile, but the gear cuts will be heat treated. This box is probably for a glorified golf cart of sorts anyway.
