With the amount of air that is flowed through the system, the boost leaks that he found mean nothing. You obviously have never tested a car like this as you should know that you can't fill it with air and let it sit for 30 mins coz it will leak down past the rings. Don't go forcing your opinion on people coz you know bettwe, when you have no real world experience in what you're talking about

I read a LS power book years ago about the intake manifold. They suggested staying with the plastic intake but just porting it. Cause the LS intake doesnt absorb a lot of heat compared to aluminum stuff.

He v8 swapped and tuned his rx7. Fabricated his on 4 link rear. Safe to say he can easily build a cage. And he always fixes his shit

All modern fuel injector O-rings should be ethanol compatible. What you have to look out for is that there are 2 different thicknesses, at one point we used to refer to them as ford and GM size o-rings, but I believe they are now sold by actual dimensions. If I remember right the 'Ford' ones are slightly thicker.

I use a fram gas filter from a 95 Mustang and a 3in to 4in coupling Works amazing. Filter slides right onto coupling and the nipple on end of filter plugs right 2 my Airline that I modified with the end adapter cut off. Now you do not need to worry about any foreign objects shooting out from the air tank because it is going to be filtered

Yes, over tightening will wreck them, they will leak.

Don't worry unless you have them so tight the body cracks they will be fine. My first guess as to why your having boost leaks is the mating surface is not machined smooth. Make a laping tool to polish the surface a wood stick will work, you just have to keep it centered . You will always be fighting boost leaks at the injectors as the seals were never meant to be under boost. So in short tight is good.

I guess if you are making a tester I'd go with a regulator and an air hose connector so you can just hook up the air hose and i assume its probably not the best idea to go no regulator and it seeing like 120psi

Use gauge just like your airing tires and use boost gauge to monitor pressure really easy

i agree but it takes a good amount of testing to make something work right. i would think for boosted setup would be more forgiving vs all motor ... build an revise intake few times to then start over with a different design ... ive wanted to do the same for 2v modular ford engines for carb setup...

Those snake eater injectors are exactly the same ones you can buy on ebay or Amazon for $100.
