@deand80704 жыл бұрын
One of the reasons why the Spartans survived past the first 5 minutes of that battle was because they chose the battle ground and the superior numbers of the Persian army could not be used to it's effectiveness. The Spartans created a choke point and the Persians could not find away around until later. Truth be told, exhaustion probably caused the Spartan defeat more than anything, but their sacrifice was a rallying call the the rest of the Greeks at the time. The best account of the battle I have ever read was "Gates of Fire" by Steven Pressfield. It is historical fiction, but by the end of it, you're feeling like you were there watching it.

Reminds me of that video of an elderly veteran beating the absolute crap out of that worthless lowlife on the bus. Made me proud to see a scumbag get what he deserved.

there is a difference between criminal gangsters and scumbag... not everyone act though just because they are gangsters... those are gangsters wannabes... why dont you try messing with the real gangsters in their hood... some of them are badass as well... but badasses always lay lows and looks cool... they dont go messing around with people acting like they are bad... the simple wisdom is... the more they appears the weaker he is... the real badass always acts cool... they dont want to draw attention to themselves... but dont mess with them... gangsters wannabe always acts like he was a gangster... the real gangsters wont draw attention to them selves... if you dont believe me you go try messing around on their neighbourhood, when they have reasons to act you will see who is the real gangsters or "what" gangsters means... gangsters dont go out showing them selves... first you will deal with the newbies... give him reasons like youre badass enough they will come out... and then you will see who is gangster when you face the real gangster... not all of them were bad at heart just because they are criminals... there is a reasons too for why they become a gangsters... like i said... newbies are just for shows... it is the newbies who made them look bad... newbies wanted to act tough or do criminals for riches... but some top gangsters were warriors of life... they become what they are because they had too... they had no other options... because life sucks... wannabes doesnt knows the way of the world... but gangsters do... wannabes are just wannabes, they were kids... dont count the kids are the face of the gangsters... maybe if you want to meet one maybe you can go to prison... there... try messing up with them guys... i will see how you survived... gangsters faces tough times... can you face tough times liked they do?... like surviving in prisons... gangsters were facing the governments and the police... its tough in mentally and physical challange... why dont you try up facing the government if youre so badass... no... you need governments to protect you... gangsters dont... gangsters protect themselves from ever danger and the governments... dont be proud just coz you beat a kid... and be grateful that you get away with it... not every gangsters come out show their tough... gangsters are also a strategist and calculative... and they also will act properly or appropriately according to situations... they dont beat innocents if they dont have too... wannabes is the one who do the wrong things... like inhuman things... like bullying or asking for a fight or what ever... bullies are not gangsters to be honest... of course some of them are cruel and wanna act tough... but they were kids... even those kids who you beat will grow... either they grow better or worse... goverments and peoples were gangsters in their own ways too... like oppressing... acting justice.... or thinking themselves as good... when they were also ignorant and a kid coz they dont understand the world or how it goes... things were not simple for someone, and thats why they are hard or tough... while other people lives in leisure until they dont understand a thing... be aware that ignorance that will make you an asshole and wrong... while wisdom will make you wise and understanding... and gangsters knows this... but there is a difference between a gangster that grow up in a bad neighbourhood (with hard lives) and those who is born with riches and intelligence to be a criminal... it is the head of the organizations that are cruel and those wannabe kids below it... the warriors only do what they had to do... coz... hey, youre not a good person as well... youre an ignorant and oppressive... that is why you get what you deserve... in every time, even within the knights... there are those who are kind and loving and there are those who are cruel and oppressive as well... good and bad doesnt measured in organization or the company you worked with... some good man serves evil king to help the people... some evil persons serves a good king for his money and ranks... some knights become strong because they wants to protect the people... some knights trained hard to become strong because they love killing and showing off... same goes with gangsters fighters and criminals... some of them are pure bad coz they love to beat and bully people... some of them were doing things that is right for them... coz good peoples are a bully as well... of course not physically but psychologically... like what do you think if youre bad mouthing someone for what he has to do (that has no options) and calling them bad or criminals or evil or psychotic or pathethic or belony or disgrace? of course they will grow hate towards you and act in the name of justice when they beat you... so... have some wisdom... dont just go around judging people with narrow mind and misjudgement... be fair and understanding... not everyone is bad... and not everyone is good too... this is the reasons between conflicts and wars... be just and understanding... may God guide you

@@pettycow635 gangsters are scumbags, and the only place for scum of any sort is an unmarked grave where they are forgotten. I'm an ex-Ranger, I've planted over 400 just using a knife. To shoot you they have to see you, I was already inside their defenses.

Living in Israel today during a time of war while sorunded by barbarians and killers this song gives me the chills and the 300 Spartans teach me that there is nothing more important than protect your people and your homeland and as a jew I've been witnessed in my DNA for the extermination of my nation by the Germans which were at the peak of their enlightment and global technological superiority what gives me the understanding that we are the only ones who can protect ourselves!
