The imo best combo in d3: Broken Promises + pain enhancer. Broken Promises grants you after 5 non-crits guarranted crits for 5 secs. PE gives more atk speed for 3 seconds for each crit. This effect can not stack, but you dont have to wait 3 secs to refresh it. More crits => more attacks => more crits => more attacks. On a less related note, this may just give my FB Archon wiz the final push it needs.

Wow. I figured fear was a neglected aspect of D3. I was wondering if Rimehart might help? The tics from Bone Armour will be frequently, and could proc the 10,000% increased damage from cold attacks on frozen things. Guess that applies to Rift Guardian only. This Rimehart lottery could win you a higher GR like the Thorns pet build.

Doesn't bone armor - harvest of anguish say every enemy HIT? I dont think it's for every stack of bone armor, hitting 30 enemies is 30% move speed, not 15%.

It can’t do T16 in 2 mins without augs and paragon If you are happy with 3-3.5 mins then T16 is fine 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I love your guides don't get me wrong. But the session is half way through. Most people are 2k para or they've quit. Any necro doing content this far behind rat runs is just wasting time at this point

🤣🤣🤣. It can do, just 3-3.5 mins rather than 2 Stick another few thousand main stat on it and it would blast T16 easy - I’m just too filthy casual to fully augment it or get 1700 paragon in a season 😁
