It is called the Dyna Flo Pump system and was developed in North Dakota. The 27 foot unit is designed to move high volumes of water over relatively short distances. It is capable of moving up to 3000 gallons per minute and can pump right down to 6 inches of water depth, making it ideal for eliminating bothersome prairie sloughs enabling growers to get more acres planted in the spring. It can operate with either 1,000 or 540 PTO and needs only about 20 horsepower.

Works amazing, we have a slough close to our calving corral so we have to pump it down. 4 acres slough 1500 RPMs dropped at a foot in 24 hours

@@wills5482 there's a big difference between gross income and net profit. us farmers may make a shit load of money but most of that goes right back in to the farm lucky if that money sits in out bank account for more then a month before its gone it all stacks up quickly Repairs, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Herbicides, Fuel, Water, Power, also Food, Beer and Coffee aka fuel for the farmer. and if you own asshole cows your gonna be fixing fences a lot. yea all that money gets used fast.
