I have to say dealing with Begali is an experience in itself. Wonderful service, honest as the day is long and so down to earth. Until I bought my first Begali (the Magnetic Traveler Light) it seemed to me that in this day and age the words 'customer' and 'service' were never used in the same sentence. Begali have restored my faith in business as it was in the 'good old days'. Well done and much appreciated.

I must say buying direct with Begali and paying all money for UK taxes and Fedex was easy and saved me a lot of money. Amazing key I have on my bench now the Pearl.

This was a fantastic video to “get to know” Bruna. One bit of constructive criticism if you will, please don’t add the “Hmmm”, “Yeah, “okay” while someone else is speaking. It’s very distracting. Thanks for doing the video and I really hope you don’t take criticism in a negative way.
