The rep where you're struggling is the most important. That's the one that signals your anabolic growth/recovery response when you're resting. That is what targets your body to compensate to do more.

@@incrediblehulk771 don't forget about eccentric reps broski. Get a lower bar and lower yourself down for forced reps when you get fried lol.

Insane. Have you ever tried deadhangs ON straps? I don't have weights, so I put my figure 8 straps around the bar and hang from the fabric.
