3020T CNC: Upgrading Control Circuitry to GRBL 1.1

Hey AB, i have a question... I have a 3040 controller box. I changed my x axis motor from nema 23 to nema 34 but now all of my axis lights are flashing and my cooling fan is pulsating along with the flashing. I tried replacing my power filter but still doing the same thing. I have pictures and a video if you can help. Nest im gonna change the power supply, what do you think?

My gut feeling and reaction would be a power draw issue, I believe NEMA 34 requires higher voltage power to function correctly, perhaps more than your board or power supply can supply. Did you replace just one or all 3 motors? Im no expert in these things mind, feel free to share the videos and pictures and I can ponder some more, and if I think of anything I'll get back to you. What was the reason for the desired upgrade? did the old ones die (as if still functional you could switch back to test if it resolves the issue? Trouble shooting can be a paint can't it, if you can access some Nema 23s again and "downgrade" back to stock that would be my first port of call to check if it's not something else that's been knocked or damaged along the way!
