It’s not just about being allowed to lose games. He chokes completely winning positions against stronger players way more often than a normal player does. He’s right. He has some sort of psychological issues with chess. He could probably benefit from a sports psychologists. I feel like just chalking this up to making mistakes like a normal person minimizes the fact that he has an actual problem that he wants to fix.

Levy.....this game goes to show how knowledgeable you are. Your chess intelligence and talent is good enough to play with the best of them. You will be a GM one day. Once you find that confidence in knowing you can play with anyone in the world. The flood gates of pleasantries will open and the game will get that much sweeter for you. I am at such a low level... I have been playing 30 - 50 games a day against different levels of bots, and still I don't get the logic of 90% of what GM's do, I am surely wrong, but... I don't get why you guys don't take the pawns, I know it ruins the structure initially but usually you get either another chance to take back or it works out. I know I am wrong, but... Its like all these pawn takes I would have taken right away.
