309: Dean&Ruby Last Scene

my theory is she was good in this scene, and she did mean what she said.. i mean you can tell she cares... but then in the finale when she went back to hell with Dean, while she was in hell, for that period of time, she was torture enough "to forget what it means to be human, and forget who she was" so when she came back and found Sam she was on the side of hell, and used the growing trust and relationship she had with Dean and Sam to her advantage...

...Nah. They didn't anticipate a writers strike and planned to bring Dean back from Hell and planned to not include angels. That however changed with the strike, included 16 episodes instead, sent Dean to Hell and brought angels. Ruby I think was ambiguous since they didn't plan angels at this point but they decided her loyalties would be for Hell in season 4...it's too bad I liked her a lot in this season too, i wouldve liked to see her as genuinely as she was portrayed here, but youre right the actress was probably meaning for ruby to be honest since they didnt decide if she was bad yet

Honestly this Ruby was fantastic. So menacing as well as giving the impression of ambiguous morality. The second Ruby was just too passive, kind of just there for Sam to suck on lmao

From this Ruby, I wouldn't have guessed that she would actually be a devoted Lilltith follower. I really thought she was good...but noooo. I feel like the writers changed her story when they changed the actress.

Its kinda funny. Ruby the First, fit well with Dean, while Ruby the Second, made a great match for Sam. Now if the writers could come up with a way to bring both actors back as the two versions of Ruby to hook up with the guys then things would be perfect. :)

It's so obvious that the writers have changed the Ruby storyline! I think that their first idea was of a good deamon like in this clip. But I remember when the following season aired (the 4th) and reading on the net nobody did like the new Ruby. I think they changed her story because of that. Eventually the writers have to pay attention to what people thinks about the show so.With Ruby, it's like the 3rd and 4th season are separated and from a completely different show.That's my opinion

I know!!!But who knows,with the writers strike and everthing they were talking about ending the season on episode 11 cause it is suppost to be a better ending than episode 12. All I know is they better consider the problems that killing off either of the boys will have with the fans(after all it is the fans that keep the show on the air!)Agreed dean stole alot of hearts(mine included as well)! :)

I totally agree, only I think it would be alot more than half that would split i think the whole show would loose it's appeal,don't get me wrong I love sam as much as the next person but if they kill dean the whole theme of the show which been about the brothers and their problems really won't make sense anymore! But they won't kill him off *fingers crossed* hopefully I think they have killed off enough of the winchester family! :D

the new one does NOT have to rudy feel to her. She cant pull it off. I loved the blonde one but i really dont like the new one. Shes just got Rudy to me.
