The channels i visited with moms/ ladies interested me until the fleeting interactions with thrir spouses and talking over them. I love seeing Smokey walking. He is such a happy boy. Julia you look gorgeous with your tan and your hair up. Smokey knocking down the blocks was precious. Hunter is such an awesome Dad. Plays in the pool, lazy river. Such loving parents. Julia I suffer with SAD. Since we loved to Florida it isn't really an issue. Maybe you two could find a rental for January thru March in Florida. The weather is goegeous at that time. Enjoy your family beach trip. ❤

Julia please try magnesium L Theronate. It helps with depression, anxiety and brain fog and chronic inflammation among other things. It is the only magnesium that crosses the blood brain barrier. Most people are deficient because it is depleted in the soil for our food supply nowadays. Also any time you have negative thoughts or anxiety just start talking out loud. Talking out loud breaks the negative thought because you can't think the thought and talk at the same time. I hope both of these suggestions really help you. ❤

The fear of Jan- March is REALLL. I’m from Oregon and the winters get so grey!! I always said the universe made my birthday in January because it’s the only thing I look forward to in those months.. 😅

Julia I totally understand what you are going through with the seasonal change. I'm noticing it here in PA with the sun changes and the temps in the 50s at night. Usually hits me in September but now it's August. I like to see the changes of the seasons but fall and winter is my worst. Like you I never had this issue when I was younger. I just take some happy pills and vitamin D3 to get me through the winter. There are light fixtures that supposedly help with this. Surprised to see Smoke walking on his own. I'm glad he loves the pool.

I lived in Nashville for 22 years and experienced this dread (and the following seasonal depression) at the end of every summer. I moved to a tropical area 3 years ago and now do not experience that. It is a very real thing; I only say that bcs sometimes I felt like I was being dramatic/ should just be able to figure out how to deal with it. But the reality is, your body is telling you what it needs. Glad you made time for this beautiful trip and some time in the sunshine 🌞 😎

Oh Smokey reminds me of my two boys, both were water babies in Florida and Alabama beaches. We loved being on the boats and tubing during the summer. They are 38 and 32 years old now. Now my grandchildren are water babies. They live in the pool and lake too. Soak up all the adventures with Smokey. God’s best gift is a child. I felt the same way on Vacations. When the boys got older each one got to choose where they wanted to go that year. One year the oldest wanted to go to the Nashville Music Festival. We all had a blast. If you ever go get Golden tickets where you have access to the lounge and ac. The youngest son it did hurt his ears and a kind lady had some ear plugs. Then he was happy. Y’all need to get out and explore Tennessee. They have so many water falls and hikes. Just beautiful areas to enjoy.
