Late watch- but one thing an older woman told me when I made a similar comment of “she’s so young, she won’t even remember” was - it’s not only about their memory, it’s about yours as well. This is your first son’s first birthday and these memories of his party are yours too ❤️ I think sometimes as parents we forget that our memories matter too & it was such a gentle reminder to soak it all in. BUT the hardest part of that age is trying to have patience and help a toddler navigate their emotions/tantrums all while trying to do it yourself. Let me tell you, it’s harder than it sounds! Sorry guys but have you checked with the doctor on that cold plunging there are quite a few conditions that would cause you to not want to do that and you should probably disclose that heart conditions, respiratory conditions high blood pressure etc. cold plunging definitely makes your heart work harder and it’s harder to pump the blood through your body please be careful with that
