I'm using Bojana Sims Boho reshade, but I changed it up a bit to my liking. Dove preset is pretty close, I think, as well. But if you change it to be a bit more orange and less colorful. Unfortunately, I never did my own preset 😓

I honestly have no idea... I have 2 or 3 builds for a single parent. Out of 200. So, not that much 😅 Also this house comes with a double bed. It can be for a couple with a kid.
