30k in 3 days? writing challenge | writing vlog ep 06

Hello there! In this weeks writing vlog I attempted to write 30,000 words in just 3 days! Why? Because I'm delulu and trying to get out of that awful unfinished manuscripts club. I wrote more in the last 3 days than I have all year long and it was a fun and exhausting experience all at the same time. Please share in my delirium and watch this video. Honestly you did great. I could barely do 10k in a day. Three days in a row 😨I can't imagine doing that without being totally burnt to a crisp.

The best I've ever done was 9.5K in one day, words were positively flowing. Then the days afterward didn't hit 500. Was during Nano so it all worked out in the end but yah, this was an aggressive goal LOL

You did great! I tried writing a book in 2 weeks and...uh...it didn't work out lol I think building momentum before like a pre-challenge before the challenge would help but I guess we writers like to torture ourselves.

haha thanks so much! I agree we like to torture ourselves a little too much! Writing a book in 2 weeks would be so hard but even as I'm saying that I'm thinking... I wonder... A pre-challenge sounds like such a good idea! I like that. Like a little warm up before the bigger challenge starts.
