Can u do a video on consolidating multiple student loans and mixture of line of credit with credit cards?

I have a question. This example is very close to my financial situation in that my only debt is a $30k student loan. The part that trips my brain is this; moving all income to the LOC how do you pay the student loan payment that is leftover since the LOC is $15k and there is still a student loan of $15k? All that happened is you’re splitting the student loan in half and you still have to make that payment to the student loan. How do you do that if all income is now in the LOC?

I believe she’s factoring the student loans into the expenses per month, that’s why after paying the student loan off the cash flow in the example bumps to $1560.

This is confusing. What about the 15% interest on the line of credit? Arent we paying more in interest with the LOC? Actually, I now understand.

I am a little confused but I’m trying to wrap my mind around this method. I understand the income and expenses but where does the cash flow fit in? I’ll watch this again to see if I can catch the process better. Thanks for the content because I have $67k of student loans I need to payoff. I should have been paying all along with the 0 interest.

I’m trying this on a smaller scale to eliminate student loans. However I am still skeptical it will work since my cash flow is only 900 a month

That’s $10,000+ of debt removed per year. Pretty great!

The $8,000 is her available cash flow within the 15k LOC ($1,200×7mths=8k) Now, 8k of Cash Flow is paid to student loan, because the LOC balance of 7k is needed for expenses. The 3rd 8k payout to student loan pays it in full. No extra student loan payment, means more cash flow. So, the cash flow back into the LOC will be shorter ($1600 x 5 mth =8k). Hope that helps.

Can you show an example of someone that works on commission (car sales) vs a set pay check.... Please

I’ll work on that…BUT you have to have a monthly income baseline. Do you?

@VanntasticFinances Жыл бұрын
@@dmote12345 You would use the same method. Income in, expenses out. Doesn’t matter amount of income as long as it’s in your line of credit. Thanks for watching

Are you really making much headway when you get paid weekly, not monthly $3k in a lump sum?
